Torah-02-26-11 Foreshadows-Building the Tabernacle
Foreshadows of What was to come as Israel starts to build the Tabernacle. This would give them the picture and idea of what was to eventually come when G-d would have Solomon build the temple. The tabernacle a foreshadow of the temple to come. That temple of Solomon a foreshadow and picture of today when we would become the temple of G-d through the blood of the covenant. Today this whole process looks ahead, again to the time when we would become like our L-rd, having seen him as he is, we will become like him. It also points to the end when the Tabernacle would be set up, or temple in the millennium. It will be here that the ‘Son of David’, the ‘Son of Joseph’, the only begotten ‘Son of G-d’ will rule on the Throne of David. All of this leads to the very end, when death and hell are cast into the lake of fire and the temple of G-d is with men.
The fact that G-d put wisdom in those who came out of Egypt to build this stuff is amazing. The fact as well that they had the gold, silver, precious stones, and wood given to them by the Egyptians is also payment for their years of slavery for no wages. G-d never forgets, he is indeed able to bring back the years of loss and servitude you spent and turn them into blessings and restoration. Bringing those into his presence, redemption complete, as his sons and daughters. Taking them from slavery in Egypt, the type of the world, into his son ship and into redemption. This too, is a foreshadow of things to come.
If we just read the Torah and see it as people who made stuff, as people who had to follow commands and fail to see the supernatural G-d behind it all, then we miss the purpose of the Torah. It is this fact of G-ds love, his redemption, and his purpose which is reflected in Torah. Foreshadows of just who G-d is and what he is going to do. It is to this point, then we fail to see the Torah at all. It is beyond just commandments and historical record of Israel. It is to this end, G-ds love and redemption in order to bring us his mercy and his grace. Yes, in the Torah there is grace, mercy, and love. We also find faith and obedience, all the same qualities you and I must have as well. All from the same source, the L-rd G-d who loves us all and commands all men everywhere to repent. Still we see, Foreshadows of the redemptive purposes of G-d. Foreshadows of love not only for Israel but all men. This G-d who sent his only begotten Son, Yeshua, to fulfill the blood of the covenant by shedding his blood as the Passover lamb. Yes, today, it is through the son, Yeshua that you and I find the fulfillment in all these things. For no man comes to G-d, but by the son, this too is foreshadow and fulfillment of what G-d has done

The Torah:
Before they start to build, they are reminded to Keep Sabbath, a picture of the time of rest, with G-d, in the millenium.
Exodus 35:1 ¶And Moses gathered all the congregation of the children of Israel together, and said unto them, These are the words which the L-RD hath commanded, that ye should do them. 2 Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to you an holy day, a sabbath of rest to the L-RD: whosoever doeth work therein shall be put to death. 3 Ye shall kindle no fire throughout your habitations upon the sabbath day. 4 And Moses spake unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the L-RD commanded, saying, 5 Take ye from among you an offering unto the L-RD: whosoever is of a willing heart, let him bring it, an offering of the L-RD; gold, and silver, and brass,
G-d gives wisdom to complete the task he gives unto the children of men!
***The one whom G-d called by name, filling him with the spirit of g-d, in understanding, in knowledge, in all manner of workmanship. This one whom G-d called to build the tabernacle using this, was called by name. He was from the tribe of judah, the same tribe that the ‘Lion from the tribe of Judah’, i.e. our Messiach was from! This is Yeshua!
Exodus 35:30 ¶And Moses said unto the children of Israel, See, the L-RD hath called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah; 31 And he hath filled him with the spirit of G-d, in wisdom, in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship; 32 And to devise curious works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass, 33 And in the cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of wood, to make any manner of cunning work. 34 And he hath put in his heart that he may teach, both he, and Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan. 35 Them hath he filled with wisdom of heart, to work all manner of work, of the engraver, and of the cunning workman, and of the embroiderer, in blue, and in purple, in scarlet, and in fine linen, and of the weaver, even of them that do any work, and of those that devise cunning work.

We have more than enough given to complete the work-Moses. That time when offerings are so much, we tell them to stop giving.
Exodus 36:1 ¶Then wrought Bezaleel and Aholiab, and every wise hearted man, in whom the L-RD put wisdom and understanding to know how to work all manner of work for the service of the sanctuary, according to all that the L-RD had commanded. 2 And Moses called Bezaleel and Aholiab, and every wise hearted man, in whose heart the L-RD had put wisdom, even every one whose heart stirred him up to come unto the work to do it: 3 And they received of Moses all the offering, which the children of Israel had brought for the work of the service of the sanctuary, to make it withal. And they brought yet unto him free offerings every morning. 4 And all the wise men, that wrought all the work of the sanctuary, came every man from his work which they made; 5 And they spake unto Moses, saying, The people bring much more than enough for the service of the work, which the L-RD commanded to make. 6 And Moses gave commandment, and they caused it to be proclaimed throughout the camp, saying, Let neither man nor woman make any more work for the offering of the sanctuary. So the people were restrained from bringing. 7 For the stuff they had was sufficient for all the work to make it, and too much.
Nevi’im – book of Prophets
Solomon Ended the work of building the house of the L-rd.
1 Kings 7:40 And Hiram made the lavers, and the shovels, and the basons. So Hiram made an end of doing all the work that he made king Solomon for the house of the L-RD: 41 The two pillars, and the two bowls of the chapiters that were on the top of the two pillars; and the two networks, to cover the two bowls of the chapiters which were upon the top of the pillars; 42 And four hundred pomegranates for the two networks, even two rows of pomegranates for one network, to cover the two bowls of the chapiters that were upon the pillars; 43 And the ten bases, and ten lavers on the bases; 44 And one sea, and twelve oxen under the sea; 45 And the pots, and the shovels, and the basons: and all these vessels, which Hiram made to king Solomon for the house of the L-RD, were of bright brass. 46 In the plain of Jordan did the king cast them, in the clay ground between Succoth and Zarthan. 47 And Solomon left all the vessels unweighed, because they were exceeding many: neither was the weight of the brass found out. 48 ¶And Solomon made all the vessels that pertained unto the house of the L-RD: the altar of gold, and the table of gold, whereupon the shewbread was, 49 And the candlesticks of pure gold, five on the right side, and five on the left, before the oracle, with the flowers, and the lamps, and the tongs of gold, 50 And the bowls, and the snuffers, and the basons, and the spoons, and the censers of pure gold; and the hinges of gold, both for the doors of the inner house, the most holy place, and for the doors of the house, to wit, of the temple. 51 So was ended all the work that king Solomon made for the house of the L-RD. And Solomon brought in the things which David his father had dedicated; even the silver, and the gold, and the vessels, did he put among the treasures of the house of the L-RD

Lion of the Tribe of Juda, Root of David has prevailed!
Revelation 5:5 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. 6 ¶And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. 7 And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne. 8 And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints. 9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; 10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. 11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; 12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.
