When Thinking about 2010 and into the future what do you fear?

INTRODUCTION:

Do you fear the wars and rumors of war associated with these days?
Do you fear being unemployed, homeless, and destitute?
Do you fear being persecuted?
Do you fear being thrown in Jail for your faith?
Do you fear the unknown of it all?
Do you fear for your family, your kids, because they are not where they should be?
Do you fear or have any trepidation at all over the times in which we live?
You and I are living in the end times, the last days, before the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ to this earth.
This is the Second decade of the 21st century and it will be the one, I believe, you will take your final exam before the establishment of the kingdom of God on Earth through Jesus Christ!
Now fear may be to big of a word, a much too powerful word to be used in these context of questions! But no doubt, what is coming is on many minds and hearts tonight, especially of the brethren who are among those who see these things coming!
As we enter into 2010, let me say this year is greeted by me and others by faith, that is our vision for this year, to ‘great this and every year with faith, opening the door to each year with the faith and possibility of doing great things for the Lord, being counted faithful, and running the race to the end!
This year is no different!

For living in America, or wherever you may be listening to this around the world, make no mistake, what is coming is here now and will continue to grow as the Word of God tries all those who are in the world!
If you are in America for instance; judgment is upon this nation, you will see it and experience it!
If you are in America, gun laws will be made and come against our freedom of arms!
If you are in America, abortion will continue, no matter what you do!
If you are in America, gay rights, transgender, and other related issues will continue to be legal!
If you are in America major trouble will hit here, you will see it!
If you are in America you will see martial law at some point!
If you are in America violence, murder, and mayhem will ensue, you will see it!
These are just a few things, so what are you going to do?
Faint?
Fear?
Or…
Move ahead with Faith?
Believing God and His Word!
But even with his Word, you will be persecuted, hated, troubled, and probably put in jail for your faith, yes right here in America!
But even with your faith, you will see tribulation, and will endure as the Word of patience finds it fulfillment, before the kingdom arrives!

We all for the most part as Christians and believers read the Word of God, listen to it, hear sermons, like scripture on Coffee cups, posters, signs, and elsewhere!
But we also like and follow, even love, the name of the LORD, Jesus Christ! For some, it is Yeshua Ha Massiach, his hebrew messianic title!
But for all of this, many read, hear, listen, and see the Word of God , yet they do not see it, nor hear it!
Why? Because they are not being careful how they hear? Because the enemy comes and drops seeds of deception with it, seeds of unbelief with it, and other tools to tear the seed out of your heart!
Luke 8:11 Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.
12 Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.
13 They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.
14 And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection.
15 But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.
Luke 8:16 No man, when he hath lighted a candle, covereth it with a vessel, or putteth it under a bed; but setteth it on a candlestick, that they which enter in may see the light.
17 For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thing hid, that shall not be known and come abroad.
18 Take heed therefore how ye hear: for whosoever hath, to him shall be given; and whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he seemeth to have.
In the above parable, I take note of those who received the Word of God, the seed [verse1] on good ground, and with an honest and good heart, having heard the word:
1. Keep it
2. Bring forth fruit with patience
But following this parable are further delineations to it and a Warning:
1. No man when he lights a candle, covers it, or puts it under a bed; refering to a candle here, once lit, the man puts it on a candlestick so all may see the light in order to steer as he walks and not be tripped up in the darkness.
So it is with the Word of God, the Word is light, and must not be put under a bed, hidden by craft, or some other means, but when the Word comes, it must be placed so all can have access to its light, so they may steer themselves in the dark!
Truly, you and I live in a darkened world! So let us receive the Word and put it upon our candlesticks and let all see it so they may steer in the darkness!
2. There are no secrets, or secret thing that God doesn’t know already! The Word of God, is the light that manifestly reveals all things! All is known before God, there are no secrets, except by deluded men who in dark plot evil and think no one see’s!
Example: The house of Israel, today; this can be the church!
Ezekiel 8:12 Then said he unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen what the ancients of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the chambers of his imagery? for they say, The LORD seeth us not; the LORD hath forsaken the earth.
Ezekiel 9:9 Then said he unto me, The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah is exceeding great, and the land is full of blood, and the city full of perverseness: for they say, The LORD hath forsaken the earth, and the LORD seeth not.
Example: The Workers of Iniquity!
Psalms 94:4 How long shall they utter and speak hard things? and all the workers of iniquity boast themselves?
5 They break in pieces thy people, O LORD, and afflict thine heritage.
6 They slay the widow and the stranger, and murder the fatherless.
7 Yet they say, The LORD shall not see, neither shall the God of Jacob regard it.
3. Take heed therefore how you hear! To him that has, it shall be given, to him that has not, it shall be taken away!
The last is a warning, telling us to ‘take heed how we hear’, Why? Because if we fail to listen and hear the Solemn Word of God, which is truth, and do not respond to it as we should, we will lose what we have! On the other hand, those who have little in this world, but faith, and respond to the Word as they should, to them it shall be given. Given to the faithful who hear! Taken from the unfaithful who do not hear!
You have two groups:
1. The first hears the word, receives it, trembles at it, and obeys it
2. The other rejects it, accepts another word, other delusion, and follows the deception of Satan -Luke 8: vrs12 ‘devil takes away the word’, vrs 13‘no root in themselves, temptation’, vrs14 ‘cares of this life’,
Faithful, those who hear the word of God and do it!
Luke 8:21 And he answered and said unto them, My mother and my brethren are these which hear the word of God, and do it.
The Word of the Lord Tries Him
Psalms 105:17 He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a servant:
18 Whose feet they hurt with fetters: he was laid in iron:
19 Until the time that his word came: the word of the LORD tried him.
20 The king sent and loosed him; even the ruler of the people, and let him go free.
Word of God is pure, he is a shield to them:
Proverbs 30:5 Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.
6 Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar
Word of God endures forever:
Isaiah 40:7 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the LORD bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass.
8 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever
Unfaithful, The Example of Israel:
Last Days Believers-‘Take heed’, watch out! This Snare will Come on all the Earth!
Luke 21:34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.
35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.
36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
The Word is a Reproach unto them:
Jeremiah 6:10 To whom shall I speak, and give warning, that they may hear? behold, their ear is uncircumcised, and they cannot hearken: behold, the word of the LORD is unto them a reproach; they have no delight in it.
11 Therefore I am full of the fury of the LORD; I am weary with holding in: I will pour it out upon the children abroad, and upon the assembly of young men together: for even the husband with the wife shall be taken, the aged with him that is full of days.
12 And their houses shall be turned unto others, with their fields and wives together: for I will stretch out my hand upon the inhabitants of the land, saith the LORD.
The Word they received was a falsehood and given by prophets and priests to the people!
Jeremiah 6:13 For from the least of them even unto the greatest of them every one is given to covetousness; and from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely.
14 They have healed also the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace.
The LORD Speaks:
Isaiah 66:1
¶Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?
To Whom will he look upon?
Isaiah 66:2
For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.
To Whom will he send delusion and fears upon? 2 Thess 2 ‘received not love of the truth’
Isaiah 66:4
I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not.
Those who have heard the Word of the LORD, you will be hated, cast out for his names sake! Mtt 10:10 ‘hated of all men for my sake’
Isaiah 66:5
¶Hear the word of the LORD, ye that tremble at his word; Your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name’s sake, said, Let the LORD be glorified: but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed.
The coming Judgment! Rev 19-22
Isaiah 66:14
And when ye see this, your heart shall rejoice, and your bones shall flourish like an herb: and the hand of the LORD shall be known toward his servants, and his indignation toward his enemies.
Isaiah 66:15
¶For, behold, the LORD will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire.
Isaiah 66:16
For by fire and by his sword will the LORD plead with all flesh: and the slain of the LORD shall be many.
Isaiah 66:22
For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain.
Isaiah 66:23
And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD.
Isaiah 66:24
And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.

II-“The Three R’s of The Coming Snare on The Earth”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Revelation 1:9 ¶I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.
John knew of the Warnings Jesus had given him and the disciples!
From the first ‘commissioning of the twelve’ Matt 10, where they were told plainly in verse 22 “he that endures to the end shall be saved.”
To the great commissioning ‘unto all the world’ in Acts 1:8, which led to his being put on Patmos. Thus the Word has tried John, becoming fulfilled in his life, he accepted his part and now-
He knew the cost, now on Patmos, he tells us what three keywords sum up what has occurred: tribulation, kingdom, patience!
Real Tribulation for the Word of God and Testimony of Christ Jesus
Revelation 1:9 ¶I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.
The Slain of those for their testimony they held and the word of God!
Revelation 6:9 ¶And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:
The Souls who were beheaded for the witness of Jesus and the word of God!
Revelation 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
Jesus Calmed the Storm as the disciples thought they were going to die!
Lesson: ‘Where is your faith’, we are not alone, Jesus Christ is LORD over the storm!
Luke 8:22 ¶Now it came to pass on a certain day, that he went into a ship with his disciples: and he said unto them, Let us go over unto the other side of the lake. And they launched forth.
23 But as they sailed he fell asleep: and there came down a storm of wind on the lake; and they were filled with water, and were in jeopardy.
24 And they came to him, and awoke him, saying, Master, master, we perish. Then he arose, and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water: and they ceased, and there was a calm.
25 And he said unto them, Where is your faith? And they being afraid wondered, saying one to another, What manner of man is this! for he commandeth even the winds and water, and they obey him.
Deny yourself, take up your cross, follow Jesus!
Lesson to everyone: What is the advantage to gain the whole world and lose your soul?
Lesson to Christians: Warning of being ashamed of Christ and his Words in this sinful generation!
Lesson to Disciples who follow: it will take self denial, bearing your own cross, to the point that you may have to lose your life for the LORDS sake in order to save it!
Luke 9:23 And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.
24 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.
25 For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?
26 For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father’s, and of the holy angels.
Sufferings of this present time:
Romans 8:16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
17 ¶And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.
Real Patience of Jesus Christ
The Saints are to have patience, the times we live call upon us to endure to the end, run the race with patience, yet for all the patience, no other generation will see a time as this one. In light of the prophetic fulfillment, we are to have patience:
Patience and comfort of scriptures [Word], we have hope!
Romans 15:4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
Patience and faith in persecutions and tribulations we endure!
2 Thessalonians 1:4 So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure:
When we do Gods will, we need patience, to receive the promise!
Hebrews 10:36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise
Patience, the perfect work of the Lord, through the trying of your faith!
James 1:3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
James 1:4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
The Lord has patience to receive the fruit, long patience, so we are to have patience!
James 5:7 Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.
The prophets examples of suffering affliction amidst their patience!
James 5:10 Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience.
Patience and Faith of the Saints:
Revelation 13:10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.
Revelation 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus
Real Kingdom of Jesus Christ
The Real LORD, the Real Kingdom, after the Real Tribulation!
Revelation 19:11 ¶And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
The Kingdom of God and the early church:
Acts 1:3 To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:
Acts 14:22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God
Counted worthy of the Kingdom of God for which ye suffer:
2 Thessalonians 1:4 So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure:
5 ¶Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:
Nothing unclean inherits Kingdom of God and of Christ!
Ephesians 5:5 For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
Those who are his-delivered from the power of darkness and into his Kingdom!
Colossians 1:13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
Serve God with reverence, godly fear with grace [his favor], your receiving a kingdom!
Hebrews 12:28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:
Setting up the kingdom:
1 Corinthians 15:23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming.
24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.
28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.
